Determine whether your child’s alleged misbehavior should be a Manifestation of His or Her Disability!
Manifestation determinations usually follow the dismissal, suspension, or expulsion of a student as a means for disciplining the student for his or her behavior. We are here to assist in determining whether the school’s disciplinary actions were proper under the Individuals with Disabilities and Education Act
